I enjoyed well-mannered and really friendly employees!

Had a great 2 night-stay from the moment I checked-in. The room was stunning, breathtaking and complete with a balcony, huge bathroom, a jacuzzi. The breakfast had a huge variety of selection, the food was outstanding. The location for Ha Long was stunning and great, close to boats as well as restaurants around Hanoi. It also was in a beautiful part of the world.

Loved my stay. Sincerely, it was a special stay on holidays. My king suite was luxurious and very well kept. My room included coffee and tea making equipment, a refrigerator, and glassware. As for me, the location was magnificent and beautiful, next to the bay, Hai Phong and Sung Sot cave.

I stayed 1 night and would definitely come back here when visiting Vietnam. Came in Ha Long for trip, the hotel met expectations. The location was stunning, close enough to the marina, and the airport.

Our stay at Mon Cheri Cruises was enjoyable and comfortable. The staff were friendly and always had a smile on their faces. The cruise ship itself was well-maintained and in great condition. We particularly loved the luxury van that picked us up, it even had wifi! The rooms were excellent, and we appreciated the attention to detail. I'll recommend this cruise experience for a memorable time on the beautiful waters of Ha Long Bay.

The room was reasonably spacious and fabulous, included a balcony, a terrace and big windows. I greatly enjoyed the view over sea.

Everything was great during 1 day, truly enjoyed its marvellous location so close to the main cruise ship, the bay and very touristy. Brilliant staff, answered all questions. This was a fantastic trip, I did not want to leave.

I absolutely loved my stay at this hotel! The staff were incredibly helpful and made me feel so welcome. The rooms were clean and well-designed, with a super big bathroom that had a jacuzzi. And the best part was the balcony with its stunning views of the bay! I could relax in my king-size bed and admire the beauty of the surroundings. The breakfast options were great, even for vegetarians like me.

my recent stay in ha long was amazing, but Mon Cheri Cruises truly exceeded my expectations. the crew was friendly and attentive, the food was delicious, and the activities were well-organized and unique. it was a memorable experience, especially the christmas party onboard.

The rooms at this place were amazing and our stay here was fantastic, providing an excellent base for exploring the area. We were pleased to find public parking nearby and it was a great value for money, exceeding all expectations.

We had an amazing experience during our one night stay here. The bartender was extremely helpful and the room was spacious, with convenient amenities like a safe, electronic key card, and study table. The daily service was also excellent.

Seamless transfer, luxurious limo bus, stunning views, spacious and clean rooms, amazing staff.

This hotel exceeded my expectations in so many ways. the staff went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. Trang at the front desk was incredibly friendly and accommodating, and Brian, our tour guide, was excellent. Secondly, the excursions provided by the hotel were fantastic. We got to experience a bamboo boat ride, visit Monkey Island and Cat Ba Island, and even take part in a cooking class. The seafood during the all-day boat excursion was delicious. Lastly, the rooms were clean and comfortable, with spacious bathrooms and even a jacuzzi in some rooms. Plus, the balconies offered stunning views of the surroundings.

Everything was great, no complaints whatsoever.

Spent my xmas on a cruise ship in Vietnam and it was marvelous! The rooms were clean with wonderful views and modern amenities. The staff was amazing, they went out of their way to make my stay comfortable and special. The food was excellent and had a wide variety of options to satisfy different palates.

The biggest downside was the boarding process. The port took so long to open, leaving me with nothing to like about it.

The location of the hotel is ideal for those seeking to avoid crowded beaches. the cruise ship's route to areas with fewer boats on the lower deck is truly enjoyable, especially in such a calm sea. the transfer to the port was so seamless. the staff is super friendly and welcoming. the rooms have balconies with great views and the bed is really comfortable. the breakfast spread is good, with plenty of options to choose from.

One small downside is that some areas of the boat are inferior in quality and have trip hazards on the deck.

The staff were energetic, friendly, and accommodating. They ensured our dietary requirements were met and went above and beyond to make our anniversary and birthday celebrations special. The itinerary was well-organized and included unique activities such as cycling to a village and visiting a fish farm. The scenery was breathtaking in such a calm sea.
